Judge slams Anthony “Troy” William’s request to work at a nonprofit that feeds the poor and hungry.

It used to be, back when the United States was almost a completely different country that judges would sentence troubled youth and misguided people to military service and or community service. The idea was that although defendants had broken some law or were on the wrong path that they and their communities would benefit by the offering of public service. Some may think that those are outdated ideas and others may agree that those types of sentences are beneficial to society. It’s time to empower regular everyday people with some superhuman disability etiquette.

People with disabilities are human, maybe a little more human than some of us. Acknowledge them. Talk directly to them, not the aide or whoever is with them. Ask if they want help. They may not want you to touch them or their devices. Continue reading It’s time to empower regular everyday people with some superhuman disability etiquette.

As expected, Durham’s case on Michael Sussmann may not succeed.

Prosecutors are relying on James Baker’s memory of the conversations and that presents huge problems that make it unlikely that there will ever be a conviction. The case is still however being investigated and will likely go to trial in May or June. Many never thought that the Clinton family would let Michael Sussmann go down like that anyway. People can develop false memories. A look at Ronald Cotton’s Case shows that memories can be false. The truth is that a prosecutor can convict a ham sandwich if they want to, but the question is “does the prosecutor want to”? … Continue reading As expected, Durham’s case on Michael Sussmann may not succeed.

Catholic Charities got caught illegally selling a newborn baby through the adoption industry.

Kruithoff searched for his son and subpoenaed Catholic Charities’ records on “Baby Boy Doe” after he found out that his wife had given the baby up for adoption in the hospital. Catholic Charities refused to give him any information about his son claiming that the records are “confidential”, but an Ottawa County judge ruled that “Kruithoff was entitled to know where the Safe Delivery action occurred”. The appeals panel this year voted 2 to 1 reversing the termination of his parental rights because they say that “Catholic Charities did not make reasonable efforts to notify Kruithoff, the non-surrendering parent”. What makes this even worse is that Kruithoff did subpoena records from Catholic Charities but was ignored, Continue reading Catholic Charities got caught illegally selling a newborn baby through the adoption industry.
