
The adoptive mother that flew the 9-year-old girl to Logan International Airport in Boston Massachusetts from Henderson, Nevada in July of 2020 is Heather Carriker, of Henderson, Nevada. She is accused of flying the adopted girl across the country to be sexually groomed by CNN producer, John Griffin of Stamford, Connecticut. John Griffin allegedly paid Carriker $3,000 for the 9-year-old girl. Henderson Police spokesman Alan Olvera said that Heather Carriker, 48, was arrested Aug. 21, 2020, and booked at the Henderson Detention Center on two counts of child abuse, two counts of sexual assault against a child under 14, and one count of lewdness with a minor.
