Jim Jordan says that multiple whistleblowers have come to his office over statements made by the DOJ about domestic terrorism. Senator Grassley’s letter says that the whistleblowers claim that Assistant Special Agent in Charge (“ASAC”) Timothy Thibault of the Washington Field Office (“WFO”) pressured them to re-categorize cases as domestic terrorism cases. Representative Gaetz also brought up the accusations that Thibault suppressed information about Hunter Biden in 2020. Jordan presses for answers by asking how many parents are targeted because they attended school board meetings to discuss their children’s education.
