Herschel Walker accused of deceiving elderly and people that do not speak English.  

Herschel Walker, a Georgia Republican candidate for the US Senate is being accused of deceptive business practices. Apparently, the former football player turned businessman that is now running for a seat in the Senate owns several businesses that have changed names over the years. Some of the names of Walker’s businesses include Just Energy, Momentis, 34 Technologies, M-Marketing Systems. Andrew Kaczynski and Em Steck from  CNN report that several attorney generals from multiple states accuse Walker of allegedly enticing potential customers into long term contacts falsely saying they would save them money. Allegedly, the deceptive business practices targeted the elderly and those with language barriers that were put into contracts that they did not understand. Complaints against Walker’s business come from attorney generals in New York, Illinois, and Massachusetts.
