City employee arrested after one juvenile refused to perform a sex act for him.

Michael Teeples, a Jefferson City employee is accused of firing a gun toward 3 juvenile girls after one of the girls refused to perform a sex act for him.

The Greene County Sheriff’s Office says that Michael Teeples, a Jefferson City employee is accused of firing a gun toward 3 juvenile girls after one of the girls refused to perform a sex act for him. He is charged with reckless use of a firearm, prostitution, false imprisonment, assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, and intimidation with a dangerous weapon to injure or provoke.

KCCI out of Des Moines reports that “Teeples encountered three juvenile females Monday at Henderson Park. That’s when he asked one of the girls to perform a sex act in exchange for money. When she refused, Teeples showed a handgun and threatened to shoot out their tires if they left. He then tried to grab the victims in the vehicle they were driving. He later fired the weapon in the victims’ direction”.

Teeples worked for the city as a water operator. He was booked into the Greene County Jail.
