Police reviewed thousands of videos that contained pornographic images of young infants through 18-years-old being sexually abused. Police say that Johnson had hidden cameras in every room in his house and that the graphic videos uncovered in the investigation date back to 2011.

Five foster children were living with Justin Dwayne Johnson Senior, age 47 when the investigation that uncovered thousands of child porn videos begin. Johnson has been a foster “parent” since 2019 and fostered at least 20 children, some of which the sheriff believes may be victims in the videos. The foster children are back in state custody where they will likely be sex trafficked again.

“After viewing and reviewing thousands and thousands of videos, it angers me to think that there is no place in hell that would accept this individual for the stuff he has done to children….innocent, unable to protect themselves and defend themselves,” Sanford Police Chief Cecil Smith stated.

Lara Greenberg reports from Florida saying that people want to know how this happened and how Johnson got out of jail a day later:

Greenburg reports that Embrace families is a third-party contractor that oversees foster family placement in central Florida. They say all potential foster parents undergo local, state, and federal background checks and that after children are placed, social workers check on the children monthly and foster parents every three months. Greenberg says that neighbors say that the foster children were mostly female.

The sheriff’s office is asking anyone that may be one of Johnson’s victims to speak with them and anyone who has had contact with Johnson or who entered his home in the past decade to come forward as they too may be victims of video voyeurism. The crime hotline number is 800-423-TIPS (8477).

Sheriff Smith says that this is the beginning of what will be a “long gut-wrenching investigation”. Investigators say this all came to light after a child discovered a hidden camera in one of the rooms in his home. There is also evidence of Johnson acted as a peeping Tom by shooting up the skirts of unsuspecting women. Investigators say that two of Johnson’s children also lived in the home.
