Prince Andrew and Virginia Giuffre have reached an out-of-court settlement and expect the case to be dismissed within 30 days. The sum of the settlement will not be disclosed.

“Prince Andrew intends to make a substantial donation to Ms. Giuffre’s charity in support of victims’ rights. Prince Andrew has never intended to malign Ms. Giuffre’s character, and he accepts that she has suffered both as an established victim of abuse and as a result of unfair public attacks,” the letter states.

Judge rules that case can be “kept secret” after Prince Andrew accused Virginia Giuffre of procuring “slutty girls” and fabricating charges against him for a “payday”.
