Update: New details in the case of Alex Murdaugh, combing through the judicial overreach, rubber stamps, extortion, and insurance fraud in Murdaugh’s case.

A prominent South Carolina attorney, Alex Murdaugh has been in a world of trouble over the last few years. Some say he is a monster. If he is not being set up, it looks like he very well may be. Recently, attorneys for his late housekeeper, Gloria Satterfield filed suit against him. Before that, there was a questionable boating accident and an alleged suicide attempt after he found his wife and one son shot to death. Right now he is facing 48 counts of financial misconduct relating to fraud and embezzlement.

Two more lawsuits involve a fatal boat crash that resulted in a 19-year-old woman, Mallory Beach being killed back in 2019 where Paul Murdaugh, Alex’s son was charged with driving drunk and recklessly. The family of a 19-year-old Mallory Beach and a man that was on the boat say that the Murdaugh family tried to pin him as the boat’s driver.

Investigators say that in February of 2019 Alex Murdaugh’s 19-year-old son Paul Murdaugh took his family’s boat out for a night of partying with friends on the Beaufort River. The night ended in a boat crash that claimed the life of 19-year-old Mallory Beach.

The night would end however with the tragic death of a young girl named Mallory Beach. Was this a simple accident? Or was there someone responsible for Mallory’s death?
