Kruithoff searched for his son and subpoenaed Catholic Charities’ records on “Baby Boy Doe” after he found out that his wife had given the baby up for adoption in the hospital. Catholic Charities refused to give him any information about his son claiming that the records are “confidential”, but an Ottawa County judge ruled that “Kruithoff was entitled to know where the Safe Delivery action occurred”. The appeals panel this year voted 2 to 1 reversing the termination of his parental rights because they say that “Catholic Charities did not make reasonable efforts to notify Kruithoff, the non-surrendering parent”. The adoptive mother that flew the 9-year-old girl to Logan International Airport in Boston Massachusetts from Henderson, Nevada in July of 2020 is Heather Carriker, of Henderson, Nevada. She is accused of flying the adopted girl across the country to be sexually groomed by CNN producer, John Griffin of Stamford, Connecticut. John Griffin allegedly paid Carriker $3,000 for the 9-year-old girl. Henderson Police spokesman Alan Olvera said that Heather Carriker, 48, was arrested Aug. 21, 2020, and booked at the Henderson Detention Center on two counts of child abuse, two counts of sexual assault against a child under 14, and one count of lewdness with a minor. But the Fifth Circuit reversed the trial court’s decision on December 15th and made it clear that the officers did violate Timpa’s Fourth Amendment Right and thereby are not entitled to qualified immunity. David Russell has been certified to teach math and physical education in New Hampshire since 2019. He was previously licensed in Massachusetts. Plaistow police arrested a Timberlane teacher, David Russell on two counts of simple assault and one count of sexual assault against a student. “The lengthy investigation was conducted by detectives at the department after receiving complaints from a juvenile at the school,” stated a police officer, but parents have been complaining about the teacher too. Stephanie Duncan of Lebanon County was sentenced to 47 years in prison after she abused and starved five adopted children. “The Duncan’s also exaggerated mental health conditions in order to receive increased financial subsidies for each of the five adopted children. We are talking tens of thousands of dollars per year to allegedly care for these kids. It’s the most disgusting set of circumstances I can possibly envision. Especially since Duncan … worked at Philhaven, so she certainly knew how to work her way around the mental health system, and what to report and what to get for it,” Graf stated. “All of the in-person interviews describe Stephanie Duncan as the main perpetrator”. Children were rescued in Arkansas, Missouri, Texas, Florida, Oklahoma, and in Norway after a transnational child trafficking recruiter was arrested in Broken Arrow. The child traffickers used online chatrooms to share pictures of the children being sexually abused.
